Positivity With Allah
This means to have good thoughts about Allah. Our lives are not meant to go how we planned them but how Allah(SWT) decreed them to be. It is now up to us to be think positive about our lives; to be patient and know that Allah(SWT) is a merciful and wise God that loves us and won’t do anything to harm us but only to test us.
Remember the hadith ‘Amazing is the affair of the believer. Definitely, all of his life is good and this is not for anybody except the believer. If something of good happens to him, he is grateful and that is good for him. If something harmful befalls him, he is patient and that is good for him. (Saheeh Muslim #2999)
Positivity With People
There are some people who are always doubtful of people and who always assume the worst about people. They believe that everyone out there is dishonest and untrustworthy. They’re quick to judge others when they make mistakes and are unforgiving.
While we should be careful with our interactions with others as there are bad people in the world, we shouldn’t always have negative thoughts about people. It robs your inner peace and you’ll always be uneasy and will not be able to be appreciative of others.
This Ramadan, change your attitude to be a positive one. Learn to count your blessings and try to always look on the bright side of things. Stop assuming the worst of people and learn to make excuses for them; You’ll definitely achieve happiness and peace of mind when you have a positive attitude.
