Assalama alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu.
Let’s learn accountability this Ramadan with the Heart wheel journal. It’s a chart that helps us rate ourselves daily on a spiritual level and let’s us see our weaknesses and strengths so as to know where or what we need to improve on.

HOW IT WORKS
You grade yourself on each row on a scale of 1-10. For example ; for the first row (Sallah with concentration), you give yourself a score based on how well you think your five daily sallahs went I.e praying them on time and with concentration.
Likewise for all the rest of the rows in a day, you score yourself. Then you add them all up to get the total for the day.

One should have a minimum total in mind that he/she should get in a day for which if he fails to meet it, he gives himself a punishment. E.g if your minimum score is 50 and you fail to get it for that day, you can task yourself a fine to give to charity, or you could do some extra chores in the house.
There are 4 columns for everyday which makes a month.

The whole point of the heart wheel journal is learning accountability and self improvement. Knowing that we have a particular score to attain per day can help to keep us in check and can help us whether the day was a good productive day or not.
